Customized Coaching Packages

Every professional’s situation is unique and I take a customized approach with each client. Based on your needs and desired outcomes, I will create a customized coaching plan to help you achieve your goals. I will also recommend the number of sessions needed depending on the issues you want to address.

Each plan consists of three phases: 

Phase 1: Discovery

We’ll take a deep dive into identifying who you are now and will compile your career inventory, which consists of your strengths, professional skills, values, accomplishments, experiences and motivations.  We will also uncover any behaviors, attitudes and beliefs that may be limiting you, which we will dismantle and replace with positive, productive ones. Finally, we will set your coaching goals for the remainder of our time together.

Phase 2:  Discovery Tools

Based on what we uncover in the Discovery phase, you will complete various customized career tools, exercises and assessments. These may include: CliftonStrengths assessment, Energy Leadership Index, Center for Creative 360 assessment, Values assessment, Build Your Brand, Six Empowering Questions, and Ace the Interview Exercise.

Phase 3: Action Plan

We will create an action plan and steps based on your goals and the results of the work completed in the Discovery Phase.

Each of our sessions will focus on your goals, current challenges and progress. I will provide you with expert guidance, insights, and leadership tools while keeping you accountable to achieving your coaching objectives. As your coach, I will be your sounding board and thought partner and give authentic feedback for your professional development and success.

Every custom coaching package includes the following:

  • CliftonStrengths Assessment and debrief of your strengths

  • Customized career materials, exercises and tools

  • Assignments between sessions designed for you to take action towards your goals and keep you moving in the right direction

  • Expert guidance, support and accountability

Minimum number of sessions is six.

Package A

Also includes:

  • Six one-on-one sessions - one 90-minute Discovery session and five 50-minute sessions conducted by Zoom or phone, generally lasting 6-8 weeks

  • Quick check-ins via text or email in between sessions, as needed

Package B

  • Ten one-on-one sessions - one 90-minute Discovery session and nine 50-minute sessions conducted by Zoom or phone, generally lasting 3-4 months

  • Based on your needs, complete Center for Creative Leadership 360 Assessment and be debriefed and/or complete Energy Leadership Index and be debriefed

  • Review and assessment of your existing evaluations, feedback and surveys provided

  • Open and direct access to me via phone, text, emails and short check-in for questions, advice or feedback

Package C

  • 18 one-on-one sessions - one 90-minute Discovery session and seventeen 50-minute sessions conducted by Zoom or phone, generally lasting 6-7 months

  • Based on your needs, complete Center for Creative Leadership 360 Assessment and be debriefed and/or complete Energy Leadership Index and be debriefed

  • Review and assessment of your existing evaluations, feedback and surveys provided

  • Open and direct access to me via phone, text, emails and short check-in for questions, advice or feedback

Ongoing coaching support (three-month minimum)

After we’ve worked together, I am available for monthly coaching support consisting of a 60-minute session once a month with a three-month minimum.
