This package is suitable for any professional who want to get clarity on their strengths whether they know them or not.
CliftonStrengths (formerly known as StrengthsFinders 2.0) is a developmental tool to help you identify your top five strengths and to see where your greatest potential lies. Prior to your session, you will receive a code and instructions to complete the 30-minute online assessment. During the session, I will debrief you on your results so you understand your strengths and how to leverage them. You will also craft strengths success stories, which will help you realize your strengths in action and boost your confidence.
